Saskatoon - Smoky

A saskatoon variety developed in Alberta with good flavour, consistent fruiting and large (1.6 cm) purple-blue berries. Berries can be used for fresh eating, baking, preserves, dried, or frozen. Good for windrows or hedge planting. Saskatoons are juglone tolerant.
