Pickup Information
We will be opening May 10 for in-person shopping!
Saturdays: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Sundays: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Holidays:10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Note: We will also be open for bare-root and pre-order pickups on Saturday, May 3 from 10:00am to 4:00 pm. Please let us know if you are coming May 3.
*Your order must be completed and paid for before April 30 for it to be ready on May 3.
Bare Root Stock:
Our bare root stock is available only until May 11. Please pick these items up promptly as they are highly perishable. We are not responsible for bare root items that are held for more than 1 week after ordering.
Orders and Pick up:
Pre-orders will be available for pick up during store hours (see above) or by appointment. If you arrange to come outside of store hours, please show up as arranged or let us know the day before if you can't make it.
There are 4 online order pick up options, with times. Please indicate pick up date in your cart in the "order special instructions" box, then select location on the next page.
- Bearberry Store during store hours (see above)
- Caroline farmers market on Fridays 11 am - 2 pm. May 16, 23, 30.
- Sundre farmers market on Fridays 4:30 pm - 7 pm. May 16, 23, 30.
- Calgary pick ups will be arranged via email and will only be available one or two times per month. There will be a $10 delivery fee for this service.
All orders must be in before the end of the day Wednesday for pickups that Friday or weekend. For example, if you want to pick up at the Farmer's Market on Friday, May 16, your order will need to be in by the end of the day Wednesday, May 14.
Trees and Shrubs:
Our trees and shrubs are available for pick up during store hours (see above). We do not have the ability to deliver large trees. Therefore any trees bigger than a 2 g pot size must be picked up at the store in Bearberry.

Not all parts of the plant are edible, some edible parts need processing before they are safe to consume, and some plants may interact. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from consuming plants based on our website content.
