Pickup Information

We are now open for in-person shopping.

Our store hours for the 2026 season are:

Fridays: 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturdays: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Sundays: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Holidays:10:00 am to 4:00 pm
or by appointment. Please text or call 403-472-6322 or contact us on Facebook or Instagram to arrange a time - preferably the day before. If you have arranged to come outside of store hours, please be considerate and show up as arranged.

Location:

We are located just south of the Bearberry Saloon on the west side of Highway 584. Our location is pinned on Google Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/kXCYmJsG2Xhsy9GS6

Orders and Pick up:

Online and special orders will be available for pick up during store hours. If you are unable to come during store hours, please contact us to make other arrangements as above.

There are 4 online order pick up options, with times. Please indicate pick up date in your cart in the "order special instructions" box, then select location on the next page.

  • Bearberry Store during store hours (see above)
  • Calgary pick ups will only be available one or two times per month and space is limited. There will be a $20 delivery fee for this service. Contact us for more information.
    As transport space is limited, orders will be brought on a FCFS basis. Please ensure you pick up your order on the day you requested it. We reserve the right to charge an inconvenience fee.

    Trees and Shrubs:

    Our trees and shrubs are available for pick up during store hours (see above). We do not have the ability to deliver large trees. Therefore any trees bigger than a 2 g pot size must be picked up at the store in Bearberry. 

     

    Warning: Please consult with your health care provider before consuming any items listed as medicinal or edible on our website. Not all parts of the plant are edible, some edible parts need processing before they are safe to consume, and some plants may interact with others or medications and foods. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from consuming plants based on our website content.
