Hot Pepper - Serrano

Spicy, thick-walled, juicy pepper that ripens from green to red. The peppers are similar in shape to Jalapenos, but thinner. They have a slightly sweet flavour with smokey undertones. The longer the fruit is left to ripen, the spicier it will become. Used in hot sauces.
