Cherry - Cupid

One of the popular tart cherries from the University of Saskatchewan. It produces the largest berries from the romance series. The sweet, dark-red berries are around 1 cm in diameter and weigh about 6.5 g. It blooms 1 week later than the other varieties (good in areas with late season frosts) and the fruit ripens about 1 week after the others. It takes an extra year before production. Brix rating of 18. Excellent for fresh eating, canning or drying.
