Apple - Odyssey

The Odyssey apple is a Zone 3 hardy apple tree released by Jeffreis Nurseries in Manitoba. The medium sized apples (7-8 cm) are yellow with a red overlay and ripen around mid-September. The apples have crisp, white flesh and their flavour has been compared to that of a gala apple. The apples can be eaten fresh or baked into pies and will keep for 4-6 months with proper storage.
